If the filter element needs to be replaced immediately after being blocked, pay attention to flushing the system oil tank and pipeline.
When refueling, use the refueling device with a filter. Do not let the oil in the oil tank directly in contact with the air, and do not mix the old and new oil.
Drain the original hydraulic oil before replacement. Check the oil return filter element, oil suction filter element, and pilot filter element.
Check whether there are iron filings, copper filings, or other impurities. If there may be a hydraulic component failure, clean the system after troubleshooting.
