The hydraulic oil filter element is divided into three categories according to the different positions of installation. The specific information is as follows:
- Hydraulic oil filter element of oil suction pipeline: The accuracy is generally 100-180Ī¼m, which is determined according to the self-priming capacity of the pump. Excessive flow resistance will lead to cavitation of the hydraulic pump.
- Pressure line hydraulic oil filter element: The filtration accuracy is 5-10Ī¼m, the pressure on the filter is large, and the vibration is also very harmful. The allowable pressure difference of the pressure line oil filter element is in the range of 0.3 ~ 0.7MPa according to different pressure levels.
- Hydraulic oil filter element of oil return line: The accuracy is determined according to the requirements of oil pollution degree.There are more factors to be considered in the setting of the oil filter in the return line, and one of the important factors is hydraulic shock.Ā Especially if there are hydraulic cylinders and proportional valves upstream. Under high pressure, the reversing of the hydraulic cylinder and the sudden power failure of the proportional valve will produce a large instantaneous flow shock, which will cause great damage to the filter element of the oil filter.
